This company is terrible. I don’t write reviews but I feel the need to do so. Terrible communication and integrity from the Formans. They over estimated and over doubled the amount that was originally quoted. Moving is stressful enough, but these guys add on to your stress and take advantage of our vulnerability and moving situation. They increase prices for everything they can and try to extra charge next day delivery when we were only going 229 miles. They over quoted us on cubic feet by 1200. Some of the workers told us later that the Forman instructed them to not fill our storage unit and to make it look full so we would have to purchase another unit. They told us because they thought it was wrong. These guys were actually not with Green Pelican, only hired by them. They are not trust worthy and trapped us to paying more. There’s more details to this terrible experience but I would not recommend even if you were desperate. I will be reporting them the better business bureau.
