Our pastries are made with the finest ingredients and baked fresh daily. Our coffee is roasted in Brooklyn, packaged while the beans are still warm, and shipped to our stores within 24 hours of roasting for maximum flavor and freshness. Our shop's authentically French café-environment and outstanding coffee and pastries quickly became a favorite in the downtown community and our brand began to grow. Today you can find our green & white stripes throughout Manhattan. We continue to offer a complimentary "mini-Financier" with each coffee purchase, a tradition that represents the sacred pairing of coffee and pastry, which has become our signature.
